Sezzle isn't showing up

At this time, Sezzle is not an express checkout method (like GooglePay), which can make shoppers think that Sezzle isn't an option at checkout.

On Shopify, the option to checkout with Sezzle is at the very end of the order process - after the shopper chooses their shipping method, on the same page where they could enter their credit card information.

Additionally, if the shopper has opted into Shopify Pay, or if they have a Shopify account and preset checkout settings, they might not see Sezzle (or any other payment methods, like Google Pay) at checkout.

ACH Credit Transfer:

ACH Credit Transfer enables US customers to pay by sending funds directly to a US bank account. Fill out the form below for the Return Authorization Request.

We only offer store credit for returns, unless damaged or damaged in shipping or not as described.  We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases.  Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing or styling.  We get many new styles a week and hope you can find something new if your purchase doesn't work out!  We will always do our best to take care of our Customers - caring in all situations fairly and responsibly. How will I receive my store credit?

Expect an email within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return authorization.

Store Credit is not processed the day your request is submitted.  Thank you for your patience!

Additional return details:

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned, before authorization. 
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
  • Merchandise refund requests must be made within 14 days from the receipt date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • The original invoice must be emailed with your credit request.  If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, that you can not apply the store credit before we have issued it to you.
  • Final Few, Flash Sale, and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE.
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Preorders of back-ordered items may ship separately. 
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

Please allow 7-28 days from the website, 4-8 Days from LIVE selling depending on the season and origin. We are a small company and will get your order there as soon as we can!  Items may be shipped separately.  It is our goal to have the best customer service for you.

 

 

  • Applicable import duties may occur for very large orders:

Not everything that is imported is subject to any import duty, however, if duty is charged it is the responsibility of the customer.  In fact, most shipped items come into countries well under any import duty thresholds, so it's not an issue at all. Import duties are occasional and if purchases exceed the threshold or a very large order and would paid by the customer. Thank you.
